The 2025 WCEI National Awards Gala Dinner was a night of glamour, inspiration, and global recognition. From celebrating our extraordinary national award winners — including Busi Faulkner, Deborah Wace, Kelly Slessor, Andrea Plawutsky, and Tracy Sheen — to applauding the international honours awarded to Liz Ward and Janis McKenna by the International Alliance of Women, the evening highlighted the strength, innovation, and impact of women across our community.

On Friday, 5 September 2025, WCEI members and guests gathered in Melbourne for the National Forum — an afternoon of connection, insight, and inspiration. With the theme Celebrating Excellence, the program featured bold conversations on growth, technology, and leadership, reminding us that “Alone we are invisible. Together we are invincible.”
