She is the Co-Founder of Agents’Agency, a national real estate network supporting independent agency owners to build profitable, sustainable businesses under their own brand. Agents’Agency provides operational infrastructure, systems, training, and community to empower ambitious business owners to scale with clarity and confidence.

Maria is also the Founder of Book Me In Events, a fast-growing event management platform designed to simplify the way businesses create, manage, and scale events — from intimate leadership gatherings to large-scale conferences. The platform supports organisations to streamline registrations, ticketing, communication, and event delivery, both nationally and globally.

Her work focuses on leadership, systems, international expansion, and creating strong business communities built on collaboration and shared success. Maria is passionate about supporting women in business to think globally, leverage digital infrastructure, and build enterprises that create both impact and freedom. She divides her time between Australia and Greece and is actively exploring international growth opportunities for her ventures.
