Tracy is an experienced Non-Executive Director and business leader with over 30 years commercial and NFP experience. She specialises in governance, strategy, risk, and business transormation, with strong financial and commercial acumen. Tracy’s current board roles are Chair of Anglicare Southern Queensland, NED at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services, Deputy Chair and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee at Wesley Community Services Ltd, , Chair of the Audit, Finance & Governance Committee at The Australian Music Centre, and NED / National Treasurer at WCEI Australia) Ltd. She holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
