As women building businesses, making high-stakes decisions, and navigating constant change, peak cognitive performance is essential. Dr. Rebecca Chabot, scientist and wellness strategist, reveals what neuroscience tells us about protecting and optimising the brain under the unique demands of entrepreneurial leadership.
Drawing on over 25 years of research expertise, she demonstrates how chronic stress, decision fatigue, and the pressures of juggling multiple roles impair the cognitive functions you rely on every day: strategic thinking, creativity, emotional regulation, and sustained focus.
Discover evidence-based strategies to enhance brain health, build cognitive resilience, and maintain peak performance without burnout. Leave equipped with practical, science-backed tools to optimise your brain’s functioning, because your business can’t thrive if your brain is running on empty.
