Begin the night inside the Executive Gallery at Queensland Ballet’s headquarters, where award-winning restaurateur Shane Delia of Layla will host a private, curated dinner. Set within the striking surrounds of the Thomas Dixon Centre, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy his cuisine in an exclusive setting, reserved for just 20 guests.

Following dinner, step into the theatre for Elastic Hearts, a powerful and visually arresting modern ballet by internationally acclaimed choreographer Garry Stewart. Set to the music of Sia, reimagined through an orchestral score by Elliott Wheeler and performed by Queensland Symphony Orchestra, the work explores themes of resilience, transformation and human connection through bold staging and evocative movement.

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.

Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
