Sandra was co-founder and Inaugural President of the NSW EEO Practitioners Association (NEEOPA) which was founded in 1986.  She is currently an Honorary Member of NEEOPA, which continues as a healthy and thriving membership organisation providing information, advice and support in people and culture management for a broad cross-section of industries.

Sandra was Chair of eS4W (economic Security for Women) from 2014-2017 and remains an active member. eS4W is dedicated to the economic and financial wellbeing and sustainability for women.

Director and Principal Consultant with The Triulzi Group Pty Ltd, Sandra has expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end strategies in people and culture initiatives, with a specialisation in Diversity and Inclusion projects and initiatives.  Sandra has proven experience in strategic planning, transformational culture change, organisational development, leadership and talent management and communication and coaching skills.  As Principal Consultant, she has worked at the ‘C’ suite level for organisations in diverse industry sectors including: construction and resources, property and  financial management, transport and telecommunications, retail, banking and insurance and boutique business offering ‘niche’ products and services.

An award winner in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Sandra I   forthright and passionate advocate for equality and opportunity.  She is recognised and acknowledged for her strategic and practical solutions for Gender, Indigenous, Multicultural, LGBTIQ and All-Abilities cohorts. She has championed and influenced the appointment of talented people from diverse communities and strongly supported their engagement and development in their chosen field.

Sandra has a strong understanding of the economic, social and political issues that impact all diverse communities.  Her skills, knowledge and expertise are underpinned by accreditations in enterprise change management and coaching models.

Sandra is recognised widely by clients, peers and colleagues for her verve, tenacity and perseverance, as well as an influential and respected thought leader and communicator.   She has extensive experience working across all industry sectors, including government sectors, public and private companies, tertiary institutions and Not-for-Profit organisations.  Sandra has held Board and Council positions on government bodies, membership organisations and NFP entities.  She is the current Chair of the Inner West Council’s Social Strategy Advisory Committee which plays a key role in advising Council on matters such as Healthy Ageing, Gambling Harm Minimisation and Solutions to address Poverty and Disadvantage

Sandra joined WCEI in 1991 and has held the role of State President, NSW Division of WCEI on two occasions, namely 1995-1997 and 2013-2015.  In 2016 she was awarded an Honorary Life membership to WCEI for her extensive services to the organisations.  In addition to her State President roles, Sandra also held the positions of National and State Secretary and as Advisor to the NSW State Councils.
