Having joined the technology sector in 1999, my experience includes multi-billion dollar US multinationals, private equity funded growth companies, early stage startups, small cap IPO’s and most recently, scale ups, I have a deep appreciation of why investors fund visionary ideas and how to deploy those funds to build profitable, sustainable businesses.

I combine deep technical skills with relationship based operational capability – I create trusted relationships quickly at all levels (especially the board) which allow for more rapid and effective problem solving on difficult issues. I apply that to both internal and external stakeholders.

My secret sauce is not making assumptions on how things “should” work. One size does not fit all. It gives me the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and find solutions that fit the problem at hand, with the resources available.
