Mentoring Pilot Program

The WCEI Mentoring Pilot Program is the first initiative of its kind in WCEI’s history, designed to connect experienced members with emerging women leaders for meaningful one-on-one mentoring. Over an eight-week period, mentees will gain tailored guidance, fresh perspectives, and access to the wealth of knowledge within WCEI, while mentors have the opportunity to share their expertise, strengthen connections, and contribute to WCEI’s legacy of empowering women in business.

The pilot will test a structured framework supported by the Mentorloop platform for seamless mentor–mentee matching, with regular check-ins, live induction sessions, and four one-on-one meetings. The program aims to foster inclusivity, enhance member engagement, and create measurable social impact, laying the foundation for a long-term mentoring program within WCEI.
