WCEI – What’s Keeping You Awake at Night? PART 2

Addressing sleep problems in otherwise successful, beautiful and independent women, requires a compassionate understanding of sleep rhythm, daily movements, what actual rhythm will support bodily efficiency, and how to mitigate the influences that disrupt the rhythm. Beyond the scientific diagnostics offered in Medicine, the “remedy” is already known to improve health and develop strategies to deepen the quality of sleep.
Join experts Sam and Jasna Kim who have run Integrative Pulmonary Care & Medical since 2005, as they talk to us about how to improve our quality of sleep in order to not only feel better but take us to another level of vitality and health.
This presentation will recap and expand on what was presented in the first session, check in with where the group has come to, and allow more space for Q&A on the night.
