As we approach the festive season, we’d love you to join fellow WCEI members and guests for a relaxed evening of celebration at Smitten Merino.

Come and enjoy drinks and nibbles while browsing Smitten’s beautiful collection of merino clothing and accessories. Our wonderful member Nicola has generously offered all attendees an exclusive 20% discount on purchases during the evening – perfect timing for some Christmas shopping!

This is a lovely opportunity to celebrate what has been an amazing year for WCEI, catch up with friends, make new connections, and support one of our own members in her gorgeous boutique.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.

Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.  Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
