Meet on the Southern Lawn side of the Southport Surf Club at 8.30am and take the 5km coastal walk and back for breakfast / coffee at 9.30am at the WINEY COW, Cnr Woodroffe Ave & Main Beach Parade, Main Beach.
Those interested in yoga on the lawn outside the Southport Surf Cub from 7.30am to 8.30am before hand please let me know, it is such a lovely experience next to the ocean – cost $10.
