We are delighted to invite you to an intimate Test Kitchen evening at ESSA, Fortitude Valley. This immersive culinary experience will take place at 181 Robertson Street, Fortitude Valley, and is hosted by Kate Greaves. For any immediate enquiries, Kate can be reached on 0411 750 850.

Experience – Five Plates Test Kitchen
Each Wednesday, ESSA’s kitchen team takes over the restaurant for Five Plates, their weekly Test Kitchen. For the night, the team decides the menu, the music, and the flow of the room. Guests will enjoy five shared plates created from the freshest produce arriving that week from the farm.

What you eat represents what is happening in the kitchen at that moment. Some dishes remain, some evolve, and some may even find their way onto the ESSA menu. This is a full culinary takeover, designed to be experienced as it happens.

Please note: Wednesday Test Kitchen dishes cannot be modified for dietary requirements. Guests with dietary needs may be accommodated with selections from the regular ESSA menu with prior notice.

Your ticket includes:

• Wine or bubbles on arrival
• Five Plates tasting experience (or alternate dishes from the regular menu if required)
• A small selection of wine and/or soft drinks during the evening

Guests are encouraged to bring cash for any additional drinks.

This is a progressive dinner experience, designed to foster conversation and connection with fellow members and guests in an intimate setting.

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.

Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
