We are delighted to invite you to our NSW Fine Dining Experience – our final event for the year!
Our special guests include WCEI National President, Liz Ward, and Di Tompson, World Vice-President Asia of FCEM, along with other interstate members. Please join us to connect, reflect, and celebrate 2025 – and the extraordinary women who make WCEI the inspiring community it is!
Step into a world of elegance at ette, where modern European cuisine meets sophistication in an intimate bar and restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Sydney, ette offers a truly refined dining experience, with its spirit grounded in authenticity and craft.
ette is helmed by Adam Grimsley (formerly of Icebergs, Jacksons on George, and the two-Michelin-starred Oxford restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons). His modern European training and passion for local produce come together over a Scheer adjustable lava rock grill — the centrepiece of the kitchen and the key to ette’s clean, fire-backed flavours.
Enjoy an exquisite curated luncheon where fine food begins with the raw ingredients — guided by the simplicity of quality produce and the honest flavours of the Land, Sea, and Grain — complemented by a selection of premium beverages.
Your ticket also includes entry into our Raffle Draw, with the chance to win a luxurious Catherine Baudet Sydney silk scarf. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
