We are delighted to invite you to an intimate evening at Bon Vin, Sydney’s best‑kept dining secret. Tucked away in Darlinghurst, this atmospheric sandstone cellar restaurant features glowing walls of wine and offers exceptional French cuisine in a truly private setting.

This exclusive event will be hosted by Celebrity Chef Lyndey Milan OAM, recently featured in Woman’s Day Australia and celebrated in Harper’s Bazaar as a Woman of Influence. Lyndey is renowned for creating unforgettable food and wine experiences that connect, inspire and entertain. With a career spanning decades in media, travel and culinary leadership, she continues to shape culinary culture and influence food lovers across Australia and beyond.

Joining Lyndey will be Lisa Nicholson, Bon Vin’s Owner and Executive Chef, trained in classical French cuisine. Lisa’s unwavering pursuit of excellence has solidified Bon Vin’s reputation as a culinary leader in Sydney.

Guests will enjoy a glass of French sparkling wine on arrival, followed by four exquisitely paired tasting plates, each matched with selected French wines. We will have exclusive use of Bon Vin’s cellar, with tickets limited to just 31 guests, ensuring a personal and memorable evening.

Please note that the venue is accessible via lift to the cellar.

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.

Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
