We are delighted to invite you to the WCEI Mentoring Pilot Program 2025 Celebration, marking the successful completion of a program built on connection, growth and shared learning.

This special event brings mentors and mentees together to recognise the dedication, generosity and achievements of everyone involved. The evening will highlight key moments from the program, celebrate personal and professional development, and acknowledge the positive impact mentoring has had across our community.  Certificates of Participation shall also be awarded at the event.

The celebration will be delivered as a hybrid event, options to suit everyone are as follows.

• Sydney-based participants are warmly invited to attend in person at Haymarket HQ
• For Melbourne-based participants, please do reach out to the WCEI Secretariat (office@wcei.com.au) for further information
• While others may join online to ensure everyone can easily take part

Following the mentoring celebration in Sydney, you are also invited to continue the evening by joining the WCEI New South Wales Early Evening Drinks, being held from 5:00pm at Darling Pavilion, 1 Harbour Street, Sydney. Darling Pavilion is approximately a 10-minute walk from Haymarket HQ, making it easy to walk across together after the mentoring event concludes. This informal gathering provides a wonderful opportunity to further connect with the WCEI NSW community, and in-person Sydney participants are encouraged to RSVP separately for this event.

Whether you participated as a mentor, a mentee, or supported the program behind the scenes, this celebration is an important moment to reflect on achievements, recognise contributions and consider the future of mentoring at WCEI.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI. Cancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee.

Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.  Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged with notice of such being given to the Secretariat Office of WCEI.
