Secure your ticket here\nRSVP: Monday 16th March \nWe are delighted to welcome Natalia Smith\, Women Chiefs\, as our featured speaker\, leading an engaging session titled: \nFinancial Confidence for Women in Leadership: Beyond the Numbers\n\nFinancial confidence isn’t about knowing everything.\nIt’s about feeling safe enough to engage. \nIn this powerful and practical session\, Natallia Smith will explore the hidden barriers that hold capable women back from fully owning their financial decisions — from the quiet belief “I’m not good with money” to the fear of complexity or getting it wrong. \nDrawing on her background in psychology and over 20 years in financial advice\, Natallia will unpack: \n• The three biggest myths women believe about money\n• Why intelligent\, successful women still avoid financial planning\n• The emotional drivers behind financial hesitation\n• How regret becomes the most expensive financial mistake\n• Why money equals choice — and choice equals power \nThis session will challenge assumptions\, normalise financial insecurity\, and provide practical clarity so women leaders can make strategic decisions with confidence — for today and for the future they don’t want to regret. \nCancellation Policy\nParticipants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to an event\, by giving written notification via email to the Secretariat Office of WCEI. \nCancellations received in the same manner less than 7 days before an event but within 24 hours of such event will incur a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received the day before\, the day of\, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.
