This immersive culinary experience will take place at 181 Robertson Street\, Fortitude Valley\, and is hosted by Kate Greaves. For any immediate enquiries\, Kate can be reached on 0411 750 850. \nPlease arrive at 6:30 pm for a 6:45 pm sit-down dinner. \nExperience – Five Plates Test KitchenEach Wednesday\, ESSA’s kitchen team takes over the restaurant for Five Plates\, their weekly Test Kitchen. For the night\, the team decides the menu\, the music\, and the flow of the room. Guests will enjoy five shared plates created from the freshest produce arriving that week from the farm. \nWhat you eat represents what is happening in the kitchen at that moment. Some dishes remain\, some evolve\, and some may even find their way onto the ESSA menu. This is a full culinary takeover\, designed to be experienced as it happens. \nPlease note: Wednesday Test Kitchen dishes cannot be modified for dietary requirements.
