Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (Australia) Ltd. is represented on the World Council by each current Australian President.
Membership is by invitation, after proposal by current members to ensure that spectrum of industry sectors is evenly represented. Members benefit from the mandate of the organisation is to provide an environment for women to grow and develop in their businesses and professions. The organisation encourages women to support each other and also aims to enhance recognition of achievements of women in business.
It is pledged to the highest ethical standards and professional practices. The organisation recognises local and global environmental and social issues and is committed to the concept that women are well suited to offer solutions to these issues.
