Where it started

Les Femmes Chefs D'Enterprises Mondiales FCEM was founded in France in 1945. The first Australian affiliate organisation WCEI began in Victoria in 1985.

Why?

We mentor, support and inspire women in business and senior women in organisations as well as those who are aspiring to be at these levels.

Our online member directory enables members to update and manage their own profile and connects the entire membership base for business development and networking opportunities.

How?

Events, Conferences, Website and Social Media, International programs, Networks and Conferences.

WCEI members have access to a dynamic online platform that offers a multitude of tools and resources for building your networks, connecting with your peers and tapping into valuable opportunities to help grow your business. Our ‘Talk Amongst Yourselves’ online community is a social networking platform designed to connect our members at the national level around a common interest areas. Members have the opportunity to sign-up for various groups, to build an extended national network of contacts, provide or seek support, or simply get to know each other.
